Summary

7 Goddesses – 7 Generations – 7 Sisters
Unique, deep and lush healing nature retreat in paradise

Inspired by Ancestral Wisdom:

Guidance of the 5 Elements, Mexican Purépecha Prayer, 13d rite of Munay Ki of the Amazons and Andes, Moon Dance, Vedas

5 DAYS / 4 NIGHTS
Starts 4pm Wednesday April 3, 2024
Ends 5pm Sunday April 7, 2024

We are at the dawn of a New, Feminine Era and in crucial times of great and rapid changes on our beloved Earth. In order for the new to enter, we must let go of the old. It is time to heal wounds carried and transmitted generation after generation, for hundreds of years. We unite in songs, prayers and hugs. Invoking the Grandmothers and Goddesses to guide our steps.

In between exquisite delicacies, baths of herbs and warm milk, oils and salts, we will hold space for the child within us, we will listen to her cry and we will sustain her anger. Helping to give birth to this New Era that begins with oneself, healing, caring and loving, in sisterhood.

We will initiate and close our retreat and our deep healing work and prayer with an ancestral temazcal (sweatlodge), a rebirth in the womb of Mother Earth. During the entire retreat Grandfather Fire will watch over us and we will be weaving in the threads of 7 Goddesses of all times and all cultures representing 7 universal feminine aspects into the 7 generations feminine lineage healing.

You will receive a Goddess Bath, a profound ceremonial ritual. Inspired by Aphrodite & Cleopatra and their wisdom and connection with Beauty and Pleasure. For 3 hours, in between petals, copal and essential oils, you will receive a bath of natural herbs selected especially for you. Then your skin will be prepared with oat milk and rice milk before receiving the most delicious bath of hot liquid gold, nourishing each layer. Seated in a hand-carved copper bath tub, you will be pampered with salts, massages, songs and affectionate hands. We will style your hair with flowers and your skin with ancestral makeup. 6 sisters will become antidotes and carry out this profound ritual full of magic in which they will witness the rebirth and awakening of a Goddess in their sister.

There will also be workshops, dance and singing circles with cacao and golden milk, an offering ceremony to the sea, flowers, gifts and souvenirs, and the most delicious and nutritous healthy food worthy to be served to Goddesses.

Beloved Sister

We are healing OUR WOUNDED CHILD together.

Sacred Space: TaraSana – Yelapa

This Retreat has the Blessing of the Masculine and the Feminine since before birth. TaraSana is a space that has been co-created to give life and sustain death, and is at service of creating and connecting. A divine space, from its deepest and wildest roots that connect with the crystalline and ever-changing sea of the magical town of Yelapa, to its finest and most elegant designs in its infrastructure. A place where the mother guides you and the father accompanies you. It is in this dream place that 7 sisters will become antidotes and carry out this profound ritual full of magic in which they will witness the rebirth and awakening of a Goddess in their sister.

We will initiate and close our retreat and our deep healing work and prayer with an ancestral temazcal (sweat lodge), a rebirth in the womb of Mother Earth. During the entire retreat Grandfather Fire will watch over us and we will be weaving the threads of 7 Goddesses of all times and all cultures representing 7 universal feminine aspects into the 7 generations feminine lineage healing of 7 different sisters.

About your Bath

The wounded child, the chosen one to heal. The generation that breaks beliefs and chooses to love.
6 sisters will prepare, honor and care for your bath. They will impersonate each of your ancestors with dedication, being part of this ceremony of initiation to your new life, to your new skin. Blessed with the grace and wisdom of the Goddesses and of your maternal lineage.
For 3 hours, in between petals, copal and essential oils, you will receive a bath of natural herbs selected especially for you. Then your skin will be prepared with oat milk and rice milk before receiving the most delicious bath of hot liquid gold, nourishing each layer.

Retreat Guides

• CAROLINE VAN HAMME – AYMARA
Born and raised in Belgium, Caroline van Hamme (Aymara) is a multi-versatile humanitarian at heart and Karma/Bhakti Yoga practitioner actively being and catalyzing the change she wants to see in the world. She is a nomadic soul who speaks 6 languages, traveled to over 70 countries, lived and worked in every continent and is literally “at home” all over the planet for the past 16 years. After completing two university master’s degrees (Criminology, and International Relations Development Cooperation), she worked professionally for several years for international humanitarian NGOs, such as the International Red Cross and Oxfam, mainly in South America and Africa. She was also actively involved in communities and eco-villages around the world and studied ‘Sustainable Design’ at Gaia Education. Her ardent search for answers to existential questions and for a greater meaning in life and humanity led her on a path through many indigenous cultures and traditions, spiritual lineages, and ancestral wisdoms from all over the world. Within a holistic approach, she studied various philosophies, spiritual practices and healing, connection and well-being techniques, such as yoga, tantra, shamanism, ayurveda, reiki, deeksha, astrology, Pathwork, Life-coaching and Theta-healing. She is trained in two different lines of yoga: Hatha-Tantra Yoga and Kundalini Yoga, she ran a yoga school and taught both yoga and yogic philosophy in India, and has given Tantra and Sacred Sexuality workshops in several countries in Europe and Latin America. Caroline lived for 2 years in India, where she has received the blessing of crossing paths with teachers and gurus from multiple traditions of this deeply spiritual country. She also worked very actively and passionately with women’s circles and for a true sisterhood and transformation of women globally, has a long journey behind and ahead on the ancestral indigenous wisdom and medicines path, and is also an astrologer. Since 2019, Puerto Vallarta and Cabo Corrientes have been her loving and beloved sweet home. For nearly 3 years she’s been the general manager of the Museum of Art, History and Culture of Yelapa and coordinator of the museum’s monthly holistic event calendar as well as of multiple development projects in the community (such as organic gardens, ecological awareness and ‘clean Yelapa campaigns’ with the local schools and government). Yelapa is still her home base and she is well rooted within the community where this unique retreat will take place.
She is also a musician and performed on the first Medicine Music Festival in the Puerto Vallarta region in March 2024 (Sonar de Xiutla). Her unique music is woven with wisdom and spiritual lineages from diverse cultures, from mantras and kirtans from India to shamanic co-creations from Brazil and Latin medicine music with the magical touch of Mexico. Aymara has been the voice that guides ceremonies of sacred indigenous medicines, reaching the heart with Venusian beauty, devotion and varied rhythms that ignite the flame of inner power.

• LIGIA MORA SHEPHERD
“Born and raised in Mexico, I am co-founder of Ghee Happy and the first House of Ghee in Mexico. I began my spiritual path from childhood with tarot reading parents, but my healing path began with a kidnapping event when I was 16 years old that led me to live on the streets for 3 years. My journey is a testament to the transformative power of resilience and faith. Believer and practitioner of ancient alchemy, in contact with ancestral wisdom, constant work with medicine from Mother Earth and healing therapies as my lifestyle and choice in every lived moment. Guided by divine grace, I nurtured a successful company focused on health and wealth, where abundance flowed effortlessly and miracles became commonplace. With each step forward, I’ve manifested greatness and shared the wisdom gained from my journey with those still navigating the shadows. Now, standing in alignment with my highest purpose, I radiate joy and fulfillment, a testament to the transformative power of healing and the unwavering light within us all.”

Location Information

You reach the paradise beach of hidden gem Yelapa by taking a boat taxi from Puerto Vallarta (1 hour boat ride) or from Boca de Tomatlán (40 minutes boat ride). There are two piers in ‘pueblo mágico’ Yelapa, you want to get off at the beach pier. The retreat takes place in TaraSana, a less than 5 minutes walk from the beach and a truly unique building in the world that seems to come right out of a divine fairytale. It really can’t get more ‘Magic Mexico’ than this!

You can get a glimpe of what to expect and walk virtually through Yelapa at the following link:

https://yelapaguide.com/

Seasonal Information
Yelapa is situated in a tropical climate and vegetation zone, with a dry season from October-November until the end of June, and a strong humid and rainy season in July-August-September. It has a very pleasant winter temperature, and can get pretty warm and more humid once spring is in the air. The average temperature in April is between 29 and 19 degrees Celsius (66 to 84 degrees Fahrenheit). The chances to get rain during our retreat are less than 0,5%, it is extremely unlikely, as it is still full on dry season.
